Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I got banned about 1.5 years ago. I no longer play on other accounts. I am a nice, calm and sociable player. Panda has many servers that give me a lot of fun in my free time.

Well I thought this was a false ban, but the user has had the same IP for 3 years. Never really seen users have an official dedicated IP.

Problem is if it's the case, your account is linked with a cheating account that is vac banned. After talking with you , you admitted it and I'm sorry about that because even with your honesty I cannot remove the ban. You understood in steam and I want to thank you for being level headed about this. Most would freak out, but you've taken it well.
