According to the demo I have recorded through game console, the aim after every shot became flicky as in jumping to the person head or above them a bit.

I did clearly watch your gameplay for a while it was pretty much relateable on someone, who had silent aimbot.

if you rewatch the demo you can see that everyones aim is flicky and shaky lmao
is just that spec mode is shit and ultra laggy
