I was at one point the head admin for a Minecraft server that was up for about 6Months
(sadly i can not prove this so I don't see it being very useful, but hey)

What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?
I have been playing on this server since about 2015, and when I played I didn't experience many bad times due to the nice community and admins keeping "trolls" under control
I would simply like to throw my hat into that ring and help keep this server newcomer friendly and fun to play.

I want this community to keep on its feet and stay online, and even if that means i don't get Admin. I'm happy to contribute via reports

In the 1st clip, it is an MFK, now id say this is an accidental MFK, due to the fact that he kill binded right after. so this would be met with a warning and a 240min guard ban

In the 2nd clip. id say this is an intentional MFK. this is proven by the fact that he continues to kill after his 1st shot. so this would be met with a perm guard ban and a 720min server ban

In the 3rd clip, the warden is possibly using a voice changer or a soundboard to communicte, which arent allowed. i would give this a warning, however due to the fact that other guards pointed out that voice changers arnt allowed, and they not only continued, but increased in the spam, i would most likely move this to a 2nd offence and give them a 12hr Mute.

Hi Toaster, there's a few things I'd argue about the clips and your answers.

The first clip seems pretty much dead on so I have nothing to say about that, only that you'll learn appropriate stacking if you are accepted.

For the second clip I would argue the Soldier was distracted or generally unaware of the orders the Warden was giving and didn't expect the cell doors to open, leading to an accidental MFK when he thought he was being rushed. For this I would give a 360 teamban.

I'm very happy to see how you handle the third clip with the soundboard, a warning would be the most reasonable method there. Not everyone listens to normal players which is probably why they continued even after being warned not to by the playerbase. One thing I do have to mention though is that because you focused too heavily on the soundboard you completely missed the lr denial also shown in the clip.

Other than this I think your application is pretty good, and your sessions are exceptional, so I will remain neutral for now.

I did not think to look at it from the soldiers pov in the 2nd clip. You make a very good point and i understand your reasoning for a different punishment.

As for the 3rd clip, yeah i missed the lr denial. like you said, i believe i focused too much on the soundboard. I will also note to not include what other players do as a reason to increase the punishment, i should hold the offender accountable alone and not what others do or say to them.

Kry touched on everything regarding the questions and you had a pretty good reply to him so thumbs up from me.

No declined reports, several calladmins used and your chatlogs show you to be very active when it comes to reminding others of the rules. I dont have a good handle on your specific mannerisms during your time on the server but thats just me being more inactive on the server side than most.

Your timezone is greatly needed and we are in great need of a furry diversity hire.

Current vote is +1 until i see anything that would cause me to rethink that choice. Good luck!

Alright I was holding off on this one in particular just because it was the only name I had not remembered reading at all pre-application.

However I am pleasantly surprised. Kry got down what I had in mind so I wont be repeating that, but other than that everything else is pretty much perfect.

Your calls are very low, but your reports are spot on, great time zone for an admin, but its a pain in the ass to review since none of us are on for it lmfao! I hope to see great things because this is a +1

Toaster I cannot believe you applied dawg, now Ive played with you in game and youre good, you dont exactly stand out in anyway but youre good.

My main problem is a lack of presence, you need to be selling yourself as a legitimate admin applicant rather than a guy that just wants to help out. Obviously more reports but I think continued engagement within the community is crucial, youve got the timezone, the sessions and a clean slate. The perfect base, its up to you to build during the review period.

Ill be neutral for now, but this application is really exciting, I have seen you start to work towards these things already, but its a marathon, dont let yourself down.
