I know this suggestion pertains to EUDB only; however, I've been wanting to remove a shit ton of maps on USDB as well. Instead of making another suggestion thread, I was hoping USDB and EUDB can work together.
I'd suggest keeping the following maps on EUDB and USDB:
Top 10 maps played on EUDB and USDB based on gameME
One problem with trusting gameMe for this is that it lists historical time. tfdb_octagon_a5 may be one of the most played maps since gameMe was installed, yet it's not even on the servers anymore and has been replaced by tfdb_octagon_a7. I don't think it makes a lot of sense to base our decision on what people used to play, but rather what they play now.
Those are still the top played maps on the servers. They're the same maps, but some of 'em are updated. If these aren't the most popular maps, then what are?
Well, for example, tfdb_gov_spacedodgeball is quite certainly not a top map (EDIT: on EU) anymore. I'll just have a script write down what maps are played for how long over the weekend. That should give a fairly decent representation of which maps are immediately rtv'd and which are actually played. It will most likely match up with what you already have to some extent, but I find a few maps on there a tad hard to believe.

For the sake of variety, I'd keep the following maps. Of course they have their flaws, but in my opinion they aren't that bad and they don't usually get rtv-d.

I've been collecting data for #4, #19, Dodgeball 24/7 and Dodgeball NY throughout the weekend (Fri 2017-05-05 13:48:41 UTC to Mon 2017-05-08 08:19:43 UTC), yet, as I'm an idiot I forgot #29. May the lord have mercy on my soul.
The test ran for a total of 2 days 18:31:01.
I used the Integral over the usercount throughout the runtime of each map as a measure of a map's popularity. Using that, the following 10 maps were the top10 most played (throughout all four servers):
In brackets: playertime, average amount of players (throughout test period)
#4, #19 and Dodgeball 24/7 are well represented in this, merely Dodgeball NY seems to be an outlier and doesn't agree with the majority of these. Yet, due to the incredibly low playertime on its top10 maps in comparison to the other servers (less than 1/20th of that of the top maps on #4 and TX respectively, 1/15 that of the top map on #19) I will go as far as to doubt the result's statistical significance and importance in this decision and ignore it.
Lastly, I'll just post some more comprehensive stats for those interested. For those without life, ask and I'll hook you up with the full data.
Periods during which there were no players on the server were ignored.
tfdb_bitch_ass_final isn't a horrible map, but it is almost always abused with downspike rockets getting caught under the bridges or on the vertical walls.
Otherwise map list is perfect.
@Kevin Unless you find other maps that people would like / wont abuse this is all we really have atm.
Unless you get your TFDB admins and players we wont have anymore maps to choose from
