I'm curious if there are any rules regarding the conscientious objector, such as what could be put on one, and what punishments might come from using something less... friendly

I believe the rules applied to sprays should also apply to the conscientious objector. A slight problem that others would suggest would be that we don't have a command for a specific weapon ban on the weapon itself for a specific player breaking the rules. We do have warnings and actual bans. Easy solution.
