This is a module of the SMAC plugin which is, I should note, absolutely deprecated! The entire plugin is absolutely useless against any paid cheat and false detections are extremely common as my tests showed. It should not be run on any serious server unless you intend to ban a ton of innocent people and miss banning major cheaters due to it.
