In fact people keep on stealing your rockets, what is kinda annoying.
What about a funny little plugin, that will piss of people, when they steal a rocket (thought about something like blind for 10 sec, no weapon for 15 sec, drugged/funny feeling for 20 sec, no slay/kick because that would be inappropriate). I think they will think twice about stealing a rocket when they notice that they can't really play for a short time if they do. My favourite would be a random selection between drugged and funny feeling. It's hard to play when you can't see a lot ;D.

No. Griefers will be removed with time, rocket that is not yours but clearly gonna kill you, you must "steal" it to save yourself. It's usual problem on db servers.

90% of stolen rockets are just "Hm, a rocket (2 meters away). GIMME 1 MORE KILL POINT!" "BLAST BLAST BLAST".

but without an algorithm finding out if the player wants to steal the rocket for a kill or for saving his life its impossible to make a punishing plugin.
give us this algorithm and we give you the plugin on our servers
