• he/she was teleporting when the match was about to start and also whenever a rocket came by he/she would join back in team and airblast it (unfortunatly i dont have this demo)

Reviewing the demo, he only teleports to the center of the map right? And just when the round is starting he goes back to his team side.
I don't think we can set a ban for this, this is not enough for me.

I'll decline this report and close it, if you have more evidences showing him using this teleportation in an actual round it'll be more relevant, but for now this is not enough.
