Tab layout redesign (1 Viewer)

I've seen other players able to redesign their TAB layout so they can easily access another players profile or scroll down on the player list, but mine is on the default, and I want to change that. Does anyone know of a good mod to use that only changes this? This is the only HUD I want to change for right now, but if I feel like changing anything else, I might ask for help,.

In advanced options, right above replay options, there should be a setting to enable mouse on the TAB menu
