Pictures kind of make it difficult to prove anything with certainty, even though I believe this given the way things look.
Since I'm out at the moment, if someone could invoke a ban of a couple days at your own discretion, that'd be neat.

Demos are much, much better evidence, especially in the case of stealing.
For all we know you made no effort whatsoever to move out of the way and he never really chased you. That does make some difference in ban length.
Not feeling like looking up his steam ID and banning him, I just worked with sourcebans for ten minutes already. If someone else thinks he deserves a ban because it is still pretty clear that there was stealing involved, go right ahead.
