Your provider? Monster has had issues and Kevin is currently dealing with it. If you say the same provider, then we know what the issue is.

Edit: You don't have to tell us if it's private but you know.
 
Will say since I've moved to England my internet is a lot better. It was in Scotland I had those issues, but I lived pretty remote so I kind of expected it.
