Despite there only being 6 people on the server, not really making this a big of a threat, I have warned Pengu about this specific thing several times. At this point, he should know not to do this, no matter how many players are on. Cyptix (the Pyro airblasting the stickies) obviously being his buddy should also be aware of this as he has also been warned about this multiple times. Additionally, he's being rather provoking in chat. I think it's safe to gag Cyptix as well (if any other admins want to disagree with me on the gag please let me know in dms)
Pengu will once again be banned.
