i'am just staying with the thing that Spyper doesn't not need a buff, the reason why he has low hp is because he has a cloack and sniper rifle wich can be filled up with ammo. THAT is why he has a lower hp then other hales. he isn't ment to go in and tank but be more of a stealthy class... or a glasscannon so to speak, he hits hard but can easely take damage. If you would make an assassin also tanky that would just be ridiculous.
he is for stealth play not facetank play.

Uneccessary, I think the ammo-acquiring sniper rifle with 225 damage makes this one of the stronger bosses.

I second this and what @Zushikikato Wolfeh said, It has a other way of gamePlay this hale doesn't need to be tanky.
Funny that you pick this boss out of all the bosses to make a thread about.
