This guy seems to be a regular and everyone else on the server including other regulars did not care he was doing this. Maybe just talk to him instead of banning him.

My network was fine. All other players were smooth. I cycled through other players so that you could see this. His ping was 38 yet he was teleporting around. He is obviously doing something to effect his network to give himself an advantage.

I forgot to type status and the start of the first demo. It is in there somewhere. It is at the beginning of the other 2 demos.

I wonder why you haven't reported the 3 micspammers aswell (Panzer Commander, Dr. Cum Drinker Ph.D and Squidward College Community).
