At the time I did not know that hitting players with a pan in spawn counted as harassment because I`ve done it before and not received any punishments. However I do think that I acted poorly in the situation and shouldve stopped when I was told to and I do apologize for my actions and will do better and listen to admins later on. Thank you for taking your time to look over my appeal.

Sparky, after being told by the player getting panned to stop you carried on, during his advertisements he was saying he couldn't hear himself talk because he was getting constantly panned. He asked you several times but you ignored him. I warned you multiple times and you ignored me. You have a hell of a lot of growing up to do. therefore I'm declining this so you can learn from it.
