I had to repost this report as you lot didnt see that he posted his ad more than twice, making it not double posting. Check the very top of chat and see that its just him again.

Again I will tell you. This is only worth a warning. Scrolling through his hlstats chatlog, the time he takes between his binds is not close enough to warrant a gag. There was only one instance where he spammed, making it only worth a warning. Throughout the rest of his chatlog, his ads are spaced out enough to be acceptable. I have talked with another team member about this. Next time we see him on, we will warn him not to do it again.
