i got some question for the Profile Banner:

1. What sizes can it be (??? x ???)
2. Do you need a special rank to set up Gif Banners

Not really sure what size it can be but you don't need a special rank for GIF banners you can just get a gif link and post it as a gif..

I think yea u can upload ur gif from google images, but It will take a while to upload gif on ur banner

I made a thread just for you buddy. Long story short, About 800x200 and no you can use gif as your banners and profile pictures and there's no special rank or anything required to post gifs.
