Previous experience as Admin or Moderator

I'm an admin on a discord server, but I don't think that's enough experience for this kind of job.

Do you have experience with SourceMod?

No, since I have never been an admin on a TF2 server, but I'm happy to learn how to use it.

What would make you a suitable candidate?

This part is the most difficult part for me. So, I have spent a good amount of time on that server, which makes me a very well-known person there, and I get along with the most regulars there. I also know the rules pretty well. And let's not forget the fact that I spend most of my time on my PC, meaning I would have time to respond to calls quickly. The biggest reason why I'm applying for this job is because there is current only one 2Fort admin by the time I'm making this. I play on that server almost daily and I can stay there for hours. Even 3 or 5 hours depending on the day. Sometimes I can stay there even for 7 hours. (average playtime 2 hours). I have encountered too many rulebreakers, and they usually join when the only admin is not available. I always tell them to stop doing whatever they are doing. Most of them will ignore me and keep doing their thing. Sometimes they start even insulting me, and it's honestly frustrating, that I can't do anything about them other than report them of course. But like I mentioned previously, I'm always active on the server, which would lead to rulebreakers getting punished instantly.

And what comes to my past? A lot of people here have had a bad first impression of me. Some of them still think I'm the same "toxic" person I used to be months ago which is not true at all. Yes, I know I'm still a very competitive person, and I tend to take some things very seriously, but I've changed little by little for the better, as you can see by the countless reports I've made since my last application. I'm here to help and not make things worse after all. I apologize to all those whose feelings I may have offended.

Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments

I have been part of this community for a while and I've grown to be one of the more recognizable players in the server. I get along with the regulars there as I mentioned previously and I'm well acquainted with many who play on Panda 2Fort server. During my play times, I have encounter many rulebreakers. Mostly those who micspam and are being racist towards each other. Sometimes admins are not available, but me being always there, I could quickly shut down those who are breaking the rules. I would warn the rulebreakers by using the "/csay" command. For example: "Please don't micspam or it’ll result in a mute." If they would ignore me, this is how I would punish them:

Racism/Toxicity/Micspamming

1. 240 minutes | 4 hour gag / mute.
2. 720 minutes | 12 hour gag / mute.
3. 1440 minutes | 1 day gag / mute.
4. 10080 minutes | 1 week gag / mute.
5. 43200 minutes | 1 month gag / mute.
6. 99999 | asking an admin for perm.

Cheating

This is pretty obvious what I would do to them. If I caught someone cheating, then they will be punished for 99999 minutes.
After that I'll ask for an admin to give them a permaban.

Inappropriate sprays

Remove spray then kick with a warning message.
If they join back and keep using that spray, they will be given a sprayban.

Inappropriate objectors

The rulebreaker will be told to change their objector. If they don't do what I told them, they will be kicked out of the server.
If they join back and didn't follow my request, I would ban them.

Alright, so, the application is fine, you've also taken to posting more in the forums, which is good and helps punish rulebreakers (even if it's not me the one taking care of the reports). However, I must argument against some statements made on your application.

As for the last part, I beg to differ, as has been shown just minutes ago, as of writing this, on the shoutbox that there's quite a big group which doesn't quite get along with you:

And, as much as you may dislike me saying this, Raggeman's got a point. Your spray has been rather controversial from day one, and I have always positioned myself against posting porn or suggestive images on somewhere people go to chill and play. Not to mention your (still continued) competitiviness that you admitted to on those messages before as well as your application, including the toxicity which comes with trashtalking players on VC. That's not a really good image for someone applying for an admin position, as Raggeman hinted to.

You making reports, as I said, is helpful, but I don't see how creating them has made you a better person, as you suggest. You continue with your old ways and you really haven't yet completely turned a new leaf as I was led to believe last time I was reviewing your application (the one before this) and I have been able to both see and experience it by myself. As for this last statement:

It is not completely true any more. Ever since your application got rejected, Solar was promoted to a full gameserver admin, and has been helping out when he's available, as I stated on Fussica's app. Furthermore, a new candidate I deem pretty fit for the role has shown up, that being Redspike, so I believe we'd be covered fully. All-in-all, I am sorry but it's going to be a -1 from me.
