Not the specific link there since it's heavily outdated, but if you search for PvHUD on Google you can find it and then install it (or another HUD that seems good, there are always screens so you can see what they look like). The instructions on how to install it are also outdated, look up how to do it

Saxton installed it and he still has his account one and a half years later. It was a joke.

Not that it's relevant, I already told you that the version he links is heavily outdated, so you need to install the latest version anyways.
