Why were you punished? Baiting, Freekilling, Freehitting and Illegal FF.

Why should we revoke your punishment? I have no knowledge of the Freekilling and Freehitting nor the Illegal FF, I know I've baited a few times by jumping on the reds heads, If I did end up doing the other 3 listed I aplogise, I was playing with a few of my friends on jb yesterday. I know thats no excuse to break the rules. I'd like to see evidence of the rule breaking happening so maybe I can make a better case for myself.

Hello Shamrock

The illegal FF occurred in-between rounds when you turned it on to kill your fellow blu. I tried to talk to you about it in chat and over voice but I don't think you saw/heard me. When you were baiting, I asked you to stop in which you immediately got back in the red spy's face after acknowledging my warning. While the warden did illegal FF (which I was late to catch), you decided to freehit your fellow blus. After I respawned the spy that died to the illegal FF, you freekilled him. The spy was moving the entire time after I respawned him, he was not delaying at all.
The accumulation of these things is what caused me to come to my decision. It's a perm because of your priors.

After looking at the video I can say the reports are fair, again the blu heavy I killed and the person I freehit were my friends and I was just messing around with them and for killing the spy the warden said if he doesn't make it to danger below in 10 seconds he'd be kos.. Looking back he did have to run all the way from spawn so I shouldn't of killed him and the baiting report is also fair too. I apologise and GG +rep (also I know just because they're my friends that doesn't give me the excuse to break the rules I thought I'd just mention we were messing around on jb)

Alright, as the mentor of Pinecone during the trial phase I will have to be the one to finalize the appeal.

Now the final freekill that took place can be chalked up to "not 100% being your fault and it's just us having good fun as friends" I suppose, but it doesn't really excuse going out of your way to do a bunch of stuff you KNOW is against the rules by now. An in the past year you've managed to rack up a permanent GB stack, and are currently only TWO comms away from a perma. And thats including the four months you were perma-banned for your inclusion in a banned group! I wont hold that against you since I myself am not knowledgeable on the subject and can understand if you were just there and not involved. That many punishments in under a calendar year with a 4 month gap is a little too much to handle.

The decision is that we will be declining this for the moment since the clip shows you intentionally breaking rules twice with you being told to stop baiting and then almost instantly running DIRECTLY into a reds melee range, and shooting a bunch of fellow guards. Please stay out of trouble for the next 2 and a half months (Around the week of June 10th) and we can re-visit this. Keep your sessions up and no comms.
