I wouldn't go digging through chatlog just to find something to report.
I also particularly don't want to dig through all these chatlogs to find particularly where these rule breaks where. Most of these people probably don't even know that what they're doing is against the rules. If there's some extreme cases, let me know in a PM regarding this report only.
