Since I share a PC with my brother and if he broke the rules on a panda communty server would I get banned too? He started playing tf2 again that's why I'm asking. Example: if he went on the guards team on jailbreak and killed everyone would I get guard banned?

Not for guard bans. For normal serverbans, that'd be true since we use SourceSleuth.

Jimjo, Just do not let him play on the panda-community servers.
Put him to somewhere else where it doesn't matter if he gets banned
