• Do not build Sentryguns on the ledge, above spawn.
Sentries on the roof above spawn is still permitted, as long as it does not have line of sight to the spawn exits.

but i didnt do this.

what i did:
-building the sentry on the blu side (i was blu)
-i had 2 different places where my sentry didnt see the reds
→ first place was above the balkony (blu side)
→ second place was at the pool
- i used the wrangler to control the sentry where i then shot rockets in their spawn (like a solider) and shot them when they came out
-they could come out without dying instantly

questions i have:
-who actually reported me
-why did i get a day ban on my second one?

i came to a idea to show you where exactly sorry if its so blurred (i dont have the best tools to edit)

That's still a sentry on the ledge.
Even if you are a blu and you build on the blu side, if it can shoot into the spawn its not allowed.

Pretty sure sentry camping refers to, you were blocking a teleport with a sentry making it so that when the enemy teleports they will get stuck in your sentry

it for me like this:
if its not wrangled its not in the line of sight
its only like this when im in the range where the sentry shoots automatically

so actually i just misunderstood the rule

Edit: Sentrycamping is just a choice of wording I use to define sentries on the ledge.

Edit 2: To answer your questions:

1) One of my friends took this screenshot as a report on you.

2) Bans from forum reports are usually starting from 1 day, since we wont know when the player is going to reconnect.
