Most traders don't accept a qs- neither a qb taking consideration of attached parts, that's why is useless to buy them. It's like paints.If you sell a bruiser bandanna painted white for example (The white paint is worth more than a key) you sell it for the original price of the bandanna plus a 10-20%~ of the added paint.
