Why should you receive a unban for the gag: On first i am a minor i have 13 years, on second the moment that i got gaged i was just asking for some freeday when somebody claimed for freeday for others on the server "Jailbreak" Idk what happend i was just talkin and randomly unable to send messages to the server chat if i did something wron i am sorry but i don't even know what rules did i break

Hey there! Thank you for taking the time to appeal, and apologies for any confusion with the initial gag.

First and foremost, the timing of the ban. As I myself was playing as well, sometimes chat can get beyond me, particularly on Interwebz with the 3x join messages. So Ryan himself messaged me to check the chat, and sure enough I missed them in the moment. So asking for the freeday was not what incurred the punishment.

As to what did incur the punishment;

And Ryan did tell you to stop as he was a minor, evidenced by his logs of the same time here;

You yourself being a minor is null. You were told to stop and chose not to.
What may be considered just as immature joke to you is not tolerated on any Panda Servers.
Actions of this nature usually result in a permanent ban, but I as a trial forgot whether it was a permanent gag or a permanent ban.

The gag will stay uncontested. As to whether or not it will be upgraded to a ban, and when/if you may appeal the gag/ban, I will leave open to my Mentor @Nergal Nergalton and the Community Manager @Madact

I already upgraded to a ban last night.

Regardless of whether or not you are actually a minor yourself, this sort of behavior towards another minor is something we do not tolerate here in any capacity. The ban will stick, as if I accept this under that reason, it has the chance of encouraging others who have said vile stuff towards minors to use that as an excuse (truth or not) to get unbanned. I do not want to set that precedent.
