Where were you banned from? Servers

Who has punished you? Am not entirely sure who did it but I think its peril

Why were you punished? For talking over warden during a trivia game which I ended up killing cliff even after he told the answer in chat

Why should we revoke your punishment? I am not really here to grief or annoy players in anyway, I just kind play the jailbreak servers for fun and talk with others but ill I admit I have made plenty of mistakes in this server (like using an alt account, racist jokes and over talking the warden), but even despite my intentions it was careless mistake made by a tf2 player who can shut up and don't have proper filters, but ill still take these punishment to heart and learn form my mistakes. In the end of the day I do respect the actions that some do in order to keep this server away from chaos and all I want to say that am sorry for the wrong doings of my past and even today, ill promise to not commit any similar mistakes that may happen in the future moving forward, even if this may not be appealed or even at least have my extension cut, I still want to apologize for the harm I may have left this server with. (P.S. am sorry to say this but am not sure if it was a gag or mute that the admins gave me, also am not sure which admin muted or gag me, again sorry for my incompetence and making this report long and useless in the end of the day).

You admit to over-talking the warden, which is why I gave you the current mute you have, and other various things that go against our rules. I am very lenient when it comes to mistakes but in my opinion you've made a bit too many to go unpunished. I believe it best you serve out this punishment.

Hey santry. As the mentor of Pinecone during trials I will have to handle the appeal since she has said her piece. I understand that theres been a few issues going on out of the game, and although I personally do not know anything about it as I wasn't playing when you were discussing it. I've heard that people were making fun of it and whatnot, if that does happen do make sure to report them so they can be rid of of course. It’s a game and that's supposed to be an escape from all that stuff.

Now I was also not on at the time of the mute so I am basing it strictly off of the word of Pinecone and your appeal. My understanding is that you overtalked the warden which ended up leading to someone being killed unfairly due to being unable to hear orders in trivia. I might have it a little off, but that is how it sounded.
Mistakes happen and I am always one to allow people to be given ample opportunities to grow and change for the better. But repeated accidents should have consequences. Especially if it's the fourth one in four months. For that reason I am going to decline this appeal. It's only 1 week, and I encourage you to take time to look back and think about what might be deemed as intrusive to other players fun and to figure out how to properly fit into the community. The next mistake wont even be permanent. It's all good for now.

Even the most hated members (which you aren't even close to being) can find a niche thats well respected and enjoyed. I know for sure you're capable of it. Just gotta take this on the chin and figure out ways to fit in better so you don't end up overdoing things. It'll all work out if you allow it to work out. Stay safe out there buddy and just enjoy the game while letting the game enjoy your presence.
