I am usually online around 5-9:30 on weekdays, and on weekends I come on at any time. My timezone is Central (cst).
- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
For this application I will be applying for Jailbreak #17, as that is what I usually play on. I am also open to visit a broad range of servers in case of a call/report.

Yes I do, and I use it quite often.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
On SourceMod, no. Although I have a lot of experience on GMOD. For a while, ~3-5 months, I used to be a moderator on a Gmod TTT server called BloodRP. After a while though, I got tired of it and decided to make my own server. It went well, but it was too hard for me to maintain with school and my other studies in computer science and programming.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
As aforementioned above, I currently do not have any experience with it. However, I know the basic gist of it, sm_admin and various sm_commands, and have found this helpful website to assist me on it.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
At the times I play on, the only admin that is really on is Husky/Zannc, and personally I feel that he is a little overloaded with how much he has to be on for it. To add to that, at the times I play on ~70% of the time there is no admin available. Another thing is the player reports section on the forums. I saw today that they did get cleared, but there has been some major delay on them ever since the departure of Madact, who was the main person who looked into them. As an example, a report I sent on 8/12 just got completed toady, 8/30.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
Offensive names
Users will receive one warning to change their name in a minute. If they do not change their name or have past punishments for it, they will not receive a warning. Punishments will go in this order.

If there is an admin on they will receive a warning on first time on a first time offense.

I was thinking of doing just bans for call abuse also, but I think it is kind of a high punishment for someone who accidentally called someone with an admin on. Overall, I do agree with this though.

It's always best to warn the player that abusing the call command is not allowed whenever you believe such player did it accidentaly.

But, if you're certain that he did it on purpose (like "Reason: Admin is noob :V") then you can ban him without a warning and with a length you believe is fair for him (I usually do 4 hours on the first ban, but you choose what best for the reporter). On these situations it's clear that it wasn't an accident and he was aware that was abusing the command.

Right so, my vote.

Application is very detailed and pretty much covers all the rules my eyes still hurt man.
I have seen Saddy on quite alot and he knows the rules well and is usually on blue. As you see, people have told you the "recommended" way of dealing with rule breakers but you can always make your own punishment lenghts etc.
Saddy is a friendly guy and enforces the rules when he needs to.
I personally would like Saddy as an admin to deal with the calls when I'm not available to answer them as he lives in Texas (GMT-5) making him be able to answer the call when its usually Sleepy Sleepy Time

Overall, my vote is a +1 as I've never had any concerns with this player.

I never changed my rules until now. I have accepted that it should be only bans and users that obviously reported for illegitimate reasons will not get a warning and those who called while an admin was on would get one warning. I also did not know at the time of posting that every 6th punishment is a perma. I have changed my rules to conform to this.

People that are perm banned for having no mic can be easily unbanned by just using their mic. A perm ban is just to make sure they don't ruin any more games until they get a mic. I also have changed my rules on mass freekilling to be a lot stricter on mass freekilling. Personally though, I think that people should deserve a second chance. If any JB admins would like me to make it a perm I will accept.

Just wondering, why does scamming, threatening staff and avoid punishment have perma bans given right away? What's so bad about it that it's not like normal ban lengths and time being extended etc.?
