Rule against permanent same place campers on duel (1 Viewer)

Title says it all. Those perma same spot campers just farm points and are annoying as ****. They get points without any risk which is quite unfair against the other players which are fighting (and dieing) fair.
Engineers should be excluded from this rule, it's their job to take care about their stuff and sadly the sentrys don't have legs
