What I can tell is that this person does not orbit at all and Ducky claimed that guy mentioned something about auto-airblast. I banned this player for 4 days but depending on what the other admins say, like if the time needs to be edited to perm or so, please do so. Once again, thank you Oberyn for recording this demo.
