maybe if people feel the need to go out of their way to grief, we wouldn't need a specific rule for one cosmetic, but alas people do so here we are.

using this logic the following would also get banned then
1. all unusuals would be banned since u can use the effects to block peoples views
2. all taunts banned because they all make sound and can be spammed
3. all voice lines banned because they can be spammed
4. voice chat banned because people can talk over the warden
5. chat banned because u can flood it andd block peoples view
6. all unusual weapons banned because the effects distract people
7. all Killstreak items banned because they distract people

Just use the mod semi linked, the team has no interest in enforcing this, it’s antithetical to our current punishment philosophy and the community will never vote for it, this feels like a suggestion made for regulars 4 years ago.
