I had a look through his logs, nothing much really that deserves any sanctions.
There's nothing wrong with "11 kids here".
"Fkin kids" isn't really that bad either, it's generalised, not directed at a player.
Not really a lot there to blame.

In future: put the Steam ID 32, ie STEAM_0:1524624621 or whatever.
A link to his GameME pages or chatlogs to save time, and server it happens on, again to save us time of searching.
