Sadly I cannot do much if the 'racist in voice chat' happened on Twitch, which it's outside of Panda.
If it does happen in the actual server, or you do have a recording of it happening in the server, please make another report with said evidence.

I've been there for five minutes in the server but I haven't seen anything much.
A warn will be issued as it's not enough to warrant a gag imo.
