I literally got Reported when i still was Gagged cuz i told someone to piss off in the DM's since they harassed me in DM's, i blocked them at the end anyways, a Full Admin said, it doesnt Apply.
Edit: Just wait for an Full Admin to say if it Applys or not since someone said it doesnt back then
