I do not consider this enough evidence, the screenshot is very compressed, and this player hasn't been on our servers for a while.
GameME has no recollection of this player ever saying this, nor has it recorded any sessions on the Trade server since Dec 13, 2016

@ZeroPC please check GameME and adjust the gag accordingly.

EDIT: I suppose this player was on our NY Trade, which I guess doesn't have GameME. Doesn't take away the screenshot is compressed and could have been faked.
