Since he applied for admin I toke a look at his chat log

Oct 19 the spam and caps spam looks legit and i will take guilty charge and punish if admins agree for it the oct 19 wasnt complete spam i was asked to state the lr and there was lots of chat going on so i needed to re put it in chat and they were 9-11 seconds apart so not complete spam

We'll take into consideration what happened with Samurai Jim on his application. In fact it would of been fitting to do that, instead of making a report just to get him gagged so it can be marked as invalid. I get it, he broke a rule...but jesus christ it's so far back. Without gameME you wouldn't be able to know this.

As for the ghosting I've gagged for now, but if the player was just afk in cells it's possible to consider a exception to the rule on this in the future.
