Looking at the 31st chatlogs, the user is complaining about itsriley's signs. Saying 'he is selling porn to underage kids'. There's insulting in there.
Hence itsriley's motivation to report it as it's directly at him than anyone else.
I'd say they're insulting you, so I'm willing to gag on that. They are however allowed to state his opinion on it. Saying not to trade with you isn't right.
As far as I'm aware, the hentai signs are allowed so long as they are not displayed on the server. That can be subject to change in a suggestion though ?
But oh my looks like I cannot gag due to the current one placed. I'll await that one to clear and place another for this case.
