Rules broken : Targetted harassment (ghosting included), going on blue without a mic (once)
this report is mainly about the harassment but figured id throw in the rest just because i can
Context : when hoovy area joined panda i mustve said something or done something to tick him off because hes been targetting me ever since, not all of it is "toxicity" or "harassment" but ive found hes just kind of had this weird "obsession" with me as a whole, yesterday on cargo me Goog and Kodurott where doing an ironic rp bit with one another which included typical stuttering and *blushes* hoovy found saying *blushes* whilst doing an ironic rp with friends too far considering he knows im a minor and goog isnt (which it was his first time seeing goog and he knew this??) and instead of asking us to stop because it makes him uncomfortable or leaving he decides to outright just call goog a pedophile, which is of course inappropriate, i defend goog and tell him its not ok for him to joke about pedophilia in which he says stuff along the lines "it was just a joke" or "dude hes fucking 18 and youre a minor its so wrong" ect ect. to which it escalated to hoovy insulting me and we continued arguing where toaster gave us both a warning, hoovy for toxicity/innapropriate chat and me for fanning the flames/engaging, hoovy didnt take this well and decided to say that me and toaster (and at some points the entire server) were ganging up on him despite us both being warned, this exact response of victim(?)blaming was the second time he responded like this as we got into an argument previously for whatever petty reason (albeit i dont remember much other then it happened) and we both got warned by madact, with him responding the exact same way, i cant tell if she remembers this or if i can even dig through chatlogs to find it nor do i remember the date so oh well
Also during this hoovy area was making jokes about shipping real life jailbreak players, one of these being "Hooveanna" which didn't bother me by itself but wasnt happpy with it either, I just find this behaviour a bit hypocritical but he also called us "frenemies" despite none of us having any positive interactions with eachother (2025-11-07 20:29:26)

Now today in spacejail joined when he was already on, at this point i talked to him ONCE. in which he went on blue without a mic on got warden, i told him "dont go blue if you dont got a mic." (2025-11-08 14:27:10) in which i dont believe he responded to me specifically, the map rotation continued and it swapped over to Hopjb
On Hopjb we started off the first round with cell wars with a warden who hasnt played on blue before, and hoovy area asks for cell wars which isnt a problem and i had no mind to, we did cell wars, i died to petriik as we were both spies, this is this and thats that, oh well but then hoovy goes out of his way to say "MY GOAL YS" and "congrats petr" (2025-11-08 14:36:03) which is it an outright excuse to report someone? no. is it petty and childish? yes!

At this point ive gotten REALLY gotten tired of hoovy's behaviour and i post it to the unofficial jb panda discord, to which toaster said at this point i can make a report for harassment considering his past behaviour, i admittedly dont want to spend time doing this report (ironic) but i still decide to warn him that i COULD make the report if i wanted to in the hopes he'd cut it out with me saying "gonna be real hoovy toaster is saying i could make a report on ur ass so im just saying rn stop hopping off my dick." (2025-11-08 14:40:49) he of course doesnt take what i said well and decides to snap back saying "shut the fuck up. im not warden anymore." (2025-11-08 14:40:59) which he thinks im still referring to when he went on blue without a mic, Im not gonna post the full convo we had here since its mainly just a back and forth with me still going on about what he said in cargo was wrong and alternatives to it whilst he says what he did wasnt wrong and he was "protecting" me but ill show the timestamp to where it began so admins can take a look at what we both said without flooding this report as much as it already is with 20 something screenshots, during this im talking with people in #jailbreak in the same discord discussing about how to make out the report and what to and not include ect ect, during this time i eventually focus more on the discord and stop interacting with him to which he says "AND NO WONDER MARE IS AN INCEL.. finally. the dogs stopped barking." (2025-11-08 14:52:02) which was an unnecessary push onto what was already being said

Extra Stuff (notes on stuff I admittedly could've done better + extra report doohickeys)
During the Hopjb fight I admittedly overused the dickriding language and it didn't really add anything to what i was trying to get across to him rather then my personal feelings towards him which most likely further pushed his toxic reaction towards me and probably got a fair bit out of hand which I shouldn't have done, though Im not entirely confident its what lead him to say what he said towards me, I also probably didn't need to bring up the convo at all since I could've just reported what he said on Cargo, oh well.
