i feel like that isnt enough evidence but that was the same day they got unbanned...

I feel he was rulebreaking either way you look at it in the first clip. If the Engineer wasn't KOS, he did freekill. If the Engineer WAS KOS, he willingly gave LR to a rebeller for a stupid reason (a bad mic).
