This is a report that took me a bit to determine whether or not to consider this report accepted or declined. This is because I feel the player being reported honestly doesn't deserve a teamban due to reasons I'll state below, but there is another person in the clip that wasn't reported that did do something teamban-worthy.
Giving Alex a teamban in this instance would be too harsh. There is a lot of ambiguity to why Alex even slayed in the first place; he doesn't exactly explain, he just says "Time to slay [...] I hope no one takes-". Was it the good idea to slay near a group of REDs that could potentially pick up the gun he dropped? Obviously no, but I don't think he was trying to lure a RED scout into picking up his gun. He may or may not had to go do something and simply didn't choose the right place to slay. I will remind him
However, there is one person in the clip that does do something teambannable: RayCism. In the clip, after Alex slays, RayCism tries to move his dropped Scattergun into the Trivia area, clearly hoping a RED would come pick it up (as he is very clearly encouraging them to do so, and it does end up happening). It perplexes me why you were more concerned about Alex, at least to the point where you decided to ignore the fact that RayCism did more wrong than Alex.
As alex is the one being reported here I will go with the decision to decline this report, but I will still be queuing RayCism for a teamban.
