The user HIMA_ joined the server and immediately made a derogatory comment toward me, stating, “I was fat.” Following this, he continued to speak negatively about me in an attempt to provoke a reaction and encourage disciplinary action against me, ultimately resulting in a guard ban. During this time, his behavior in both voice chat and text chat was extremely toxic and disruptive.


I accepted the guard ban without dispute and considered the matter resolved. However, despite the issue already being addressed, HIMA_ has since proceeded to submit another report against me regarding the same situation. This continued reporting appears unnecessary and excessive, especially after moderation action had already been taken and accepted.


I am bringing this to attention because the repeated reports feel harassing in nature rather than constructive, and I would like clarification or assistance in ensuring the situation does not continue to escalate after resolution. He has been out to get me since he joined when I was on even while being on red team.

Additionally, I would not be surprised if he encouraged or involved his friends to comment on my post in an attempt to portray me as being in the wrong and to gain sympathy. While I cannot confirm this, the coordinated nature of the responses raised concern.


I am bringing this to attention because the continued reports and potential group involvement feel excessive and potentially harassing rather than constructive. I would appreciate clarification or assistance to ensure this matter remains resolved and does not continue to escalate.

The server chat logs will document the statements he made. Although I do not have voice recordings, his repeated reports regarding an issue that had already been resolved constitute harassment in themselves.

I apologize as I don’t necessarily have any evidence as I was in the game when they both went at it. I am just putting my two sense in that they’ve both been extremely toxic to each other and neither of them are in the right.

It's not harassment to report someone for rulebreaking. It's actually good to keep documentation so we can look back at when you appeal or see repeated patterns.

What I have seen is yes you are permanently guardbanned for MFK. I'll let the admin who handled that in game sort that report out.

So, apparently this dude was so mad and threatening to freekill, so i tried to tell him to relax, it's not that deep and then he randomly got mad at me and he said he'll freekill me next round, so instead freekilling me... he mass freekilled

Seems they're all ready reported for this and you know it.

Double reporting it isn't going to double it now. Him reporting to again for another different mfk isn't harassment, but you reporting the same thing is not helpful at all.

Unless you have something new, such as him being toxic on mircophone towards you, then this report isn't valid.

Additional incidents occurred in voice chat, but I did not record them because the interactions were taking place in a joking context and everyone involved was laughing. At the time, I believed it was mutual banter. That understanding changed when he proceeded to file two reports against me. Based on the content of those reports, it is clear he was fully aware of what he was doing.


I acknowledge that I was engaging in rage baiting, which is something I typically do, and I have accepted the punishment issued for that behavior. I am not disputing or attempting to overturn that decision. However, the repeated reports and his role in instigating the situation make it unfair that no action has been taken regarding his conduct.
