Given this is Hop Prop Hunt, a game not possible with a singular rebeller, we need more context for the status of the round.
Furthermore, chat was telling this warden several different stances on whether or not lr can/cannot be denied.
At most without further evidence, this should be just a warning.

I looked at the lr denial clip and I see there was a rebeller before the chat mentioned that warden cant/can deny lr. I do not have any other clips for evidence unfortunately

due to the lack of evidence and there not being enough context i am going to have to Decline this report

for the same case there could have been a rebeller, this could cause the round to be delayed very long since jb_hop's prophunt cannot be played with a red missing.

in the future make sure to provide longer clips with more context or preferably a Demo file
