While I haven't got proof, I'd like to mention something. ''Osmák the Wizard'' got his own ''club'' of wizards. He's the ''leader'' and tends to tell the guys what to do. I've seen him break the rules several times by blocking the teleports with objects (dispensers etc.). When Zeprus told him it's against the rules, he even said that it's not true, so he clearly doesn't know the rules. I see little chance of him and his ''wizards'' stopping next time.
