The rule or rules they broke: #9, #22 & US – Deathrun: No delaying the round
The evidence that they broke the rule or rules above: I have added a .dem file. Not very long but it is sufficient to showcase what I am about to add to this.
Additional information:
This player has willingly stayed alive in a trap they were supposed to die in, for multiple minutes, as the last person alive, to make people rtv the map.
Several people, including myself, asked them on multiple occasions to killbind or disconnect so that we could keep playing. They spat out excuses such as they lost they bind. However, as you can see in the demo, as soon as the map gets rtv'd, they hit their killbind.
As such, I can only assume that they deliberately delayed the round to force a map change, thus wasting our time in the process.
