I have also seen this behavior, as well as micspam, CAP spam, blantant neglect being a guard; roaming the map, baiting, freehits, freekills. Lastly his chat logs say enough if need be i can link them. If you need more video evidence I would be happy to capture some as it isnt rare for him to do and he frequents the server fromm around 6pm to 12 am est. The reason i havent been clipping anything is duet to the fact i was under the impression there was already action being taken towards this players as the regulars during this time frame have a sort of distain for his actions.

EDIT: in mem's clip it just looks like a misunderstanding of the fact orders arent valid until the cell doors have been opened, as no other context prior is provided as i've seen him freekill out of retalition of critism whether it be constructive or not, which im my honest opinion doesnt constitute any punishment, rather an informative reminder to check out the rules.
