This is the same guy, he changed his username after doing this. You can see his past usernames here https://steamhistory.net/id/76561199102899405
I have 2 or 3 more clips of him freekilling but I think this should be enough, he killed some people just for getting close to him after the warden died, and killed many other innocent people because he just uses rocket launcher and poor souls are caught in the blast radius.
