It's reached from the back of the spawn? It kinda makes you float to that point? That part I am unsure of.

No gravity or low gravity can make you go there.
Noticed it was with no gravity roll.

hmmm if it was reached with no gravity then there might be a small pixel where you can land on. I wonder if in the 2nd image it was managed with the same roll if so then the map might need a patch for that spot so it couldn't be abused.
I will let it go with a warning this time but if he does it again in the future you can report him again then i wil axe him for abusing an odd spot on the map where hale cant reach.
