What is the reason of the report? crit hacking and ghosting (got 3 crit kills on blues in a row and when asked if they were hacking said yes, attached the three back to back crit kill logs)

Unfortunately I cannot ban him for hacking based on a screenshot of him confessing. I'm going to need video evidence of it. However, I will gag him for ghosting.
