Although i dont have the Order from him, I think the response time of shooting is a bit long.....If it was a order to not go on there....

Aside from any possible orders being missing thus missing some context, the sweeper bar, according to one of my co-admins the sweeper bar can only be sped up like that with +use, meaning it is HIGHLY unlikely oscarmiche2 activated the sweeper bar.

Given the lack of context I'd rather be on the safe side and decline this, sorry.
