Evidence :

1 : warden was doing ninecrush afterwards said snowy was the only one to not be kos, only reason i wasnt killed was because bon said on mic that i was also on it, not including the demoman who was freekilled because warden 1. wasnt paying attention to the game 2. said to "kill everyone other then snowy" 2. warden was asking us to do final minigame, me and snowy werent going in until he said we would both be kos unless we went in and restricted +using then snowy +uses and warden assumes its me and despite none of us being in steady pace at 4:30 gives lr to snowy

2 : sorry if its not included because of lack of context but it was from a couple days ago, warden never restricting jumping in general, just said to afk and got confirmation from a friend that warden never restricted it either

So, I barely do this, defending persons in a report. But I'm of opinion that everyone can learn from their mistakes.
Even the best of us made some unlucky mistakes.
I'm not here to alter the verdict of the admins. If they wanna ban Ninja for this, then it's up to them.
I'm only here to post the chat me and Ninja had regarding the situation.

So me and Ninja chatted about it and after he had seen the footage he said the following things to me:

Team doesn't feel comfortable punishing Ninja for this, whole situation seems messy.

Only thing worthy is the 9 crush thing, but I think that's an easy mistake to make, thats why the other guard didnt see the demo.
Really watch that clip and think about what Ninja saw, you walk over the button coincidentally as snowy +used, can you blame him for killing you? You really think other players wouldnt do that?
Ninja should have given better orders, a shorter time limit and telling reds to just hug the door would have gone a long way, but I don't think this is teamban worthy.

Also second clip is irrelevant, not enough context, you could have been delaying, wont know because the start of the round is missing.
