• Others: I know the Fortnite spray is from mimir , it doesn't show up they leave.
  The other is PFD1 spray with thumbs up guy

This clip doesn't show the name of the person who sprayed. If you see this persons spray in game again, feel free to report.
Although I know for a fact there were 3 admins in server at the time, in these cases please just let the ingame admin know that there is a suggestive spray in cells. It avoids having to make a report entirely.
